摘要 <p>A method of recycling and reusing spent lithium iron phosphate power battery is disclosed. Firstly, said lithium iron phosphate battery is discharged completely, and then moved to the vacuum-glove-box filled with nitrogen; the battery cover is opened by mechanical force and the battery core is moved from the battery container; said battery cover and the battery container are taken out of the vacuum-glove-box, in which the battery cover and the polypropylene PP plastic, the steel material or the aluminum material attached to the battery container are reused after treatment; then the negative electrode plate, the separator and the positive electrode plate are separated in said vacuum-glove-box, in which said negative electrode plate and the separator are reused after treatment; then after cleaning, drying and sieving the positive electrode plate, it is matched with a new negative electrode plate to assemble a new lithium iron phosphate power battery. The beneficial effect of this invention is simply to classify, recycle and reuse the various parts of the spent power battery without complex physical or chemical processes. At the same time the positive electrode plate of the lithium iron phosphate recycled according to this invention can be directly used as normal positive electrode plate without separation of the active material and the aluminum foil, and then the efficient utilization ratio of the positive electrode plate of the lithium iron phosphate can be improved.</p>
