PURPOSE: A pile construction device using an injection-type excavating bit is provided to simplify the connection process of piles by connecting the piles using a connection plate and a bolt without a welding work. CONSTITUTION: A pile construction device using an injection-type excavating bit comprises a crane(12), a lower auger(13), an upper auger(15), and an injection-type excavating bit(20). A leader(11) is formed in one side of the crane. The lower auger is installed in the leader and is vertically moved along the leader. The upper auger is installed in the leader over the lower auger and is vertically moved along the leader. An excavating rod(17) is coupled to the bottom of the upper auger and is rotated by the upper auger. The injection-type excavating bit is coupled to the bottom end of the excavating rod and excavates the ground using torque transferred from the upper auger to the excavating rod. |
