PURPOSE: A producing method of honey granules is provided to simplify a producing process for uniformly obtaining the honey granules by performing a granulating process and a drying process at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of honey granules comprises the following steps: preparing liquid honey; filling a lower container(20) of a drier with a base material; successively inflowing wind through a mesh net(25) for floating the base material in an internal drying space(15) of a drier body(10); spraying the honey into the internal drying space using a nozzle(50), for spraying the honey to the base material and drying the honey coated on the base material using the wind; and crushing the dried honey granules. The base material is selected from dextrin including maltodextrine, sugar, or crystal sugar.
