<p>PURPOSE: A hetero junction type solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an electrode material from being inserted into a semiconductor layer, collect carriers which are generated in the semiconductor wafer, and smoothly move the collected carriers, thereby increasing efficiency of a solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor wafer(100) has a fixed polarity. A first semiconductor layer(200) is formed on one side of a semiconductor wafer. A second semiconductor layer(500) is formed on the other side of the semiconductor wafer and has a polarity opposite to the polarity of the first semiconductor layer. A first electrode(400) is formed on the first semiconductor layer. A second electrode(700) is formed on the second semiconductor layer. A first interfacial layer(300) includes ZnO which is formed between the first semiconductor layer and the first electrode. A second interfacial layer(600) includes ZnO which is formed between the second semiconductor layer and the second electrode.</p> |
