PURPOSE: Metal separation·purifying device and method using a liquid metal electrode are provided to efficiently separate and purify since reduction-oxidation reaction is simultaneously performed on a target metal. CONSTITUTION: A metal separation·purifying device using a liquid metal electrode comprises a liquid metal electrode(400), first solvent(100), second solvent(200) and a potential·current control unit. The first solvent forms a first interface on the liquid metal electrode. The second solvent forms a second interface on the liquid metal electrode. The potential·current control unit independently applies and controls potential to the liquid metal electrode electrochemically or chemically.
