PURPOSE: A device and method for mounting a light emitting device are provided to individually eliminate a taping process for packaging a reel tape, thereby reducing manufacturing time and costs. CONSTITUTION: Light emitting devices are inputted to a light emitting device supply unit so that the direction and polarity of the light emitting devices are arranged(S1000). The light emitting devices supplied from the light emitting device supply unit are arranged on a light emitting device shuttle unit(S1100). The light emitting devices arranged on the light emitting device shuttle unit are installed on a printed circuit board(S1200).
