PURPOSE: A red phosphorescence compound is provided to ensure high brightness and high efficiency and to obtain an organic electroluminescence device having high color purity and high luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A red phosphorescence compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are independently selected from hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkoxy groups, substituted or unsubstituted halogen elements of F, Cl, and Br. An organic electroluminescence device includes a light emitting layer between negative and positive electrodes. The light-emitting layer comprises a dopant material and a host material.
