PURPOSE: A method for preparing prepreg is provided to simplify a process since a resin impregnation process is omitted and to prepare thermosetting prepreg grafted with carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing prepreg comprises the steps of: supplying reinforced fibers; supplying carbon nanotubes and compound chips bonded with a thermosetting resin to the reinforced fibers; melting carbon nanotube compound chips supplied to the reinforced fibers; and extruding the reinforced fibers in which the carbon nanotube compound chips are molten and impregnating the carbon nanotube compound chips.
