PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a driving method thereof are provided to compensate for the threshold voltage of a thin film driving transistor, thereby realizing a high gray scale. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines(110,120) and an EM line are arranged in a first direction. A data line(210) crosses the gate lines and the EM line. A reference power line(220), an initialization power line, and a driving power line are arranged in parallel with the data line. Thin film transistors include a thin film switching transistor, a thin film driving transistor, and an organic light emitting diode which are individually connected to lines.
