<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing cap capable of hardly dropping a content during refilling operation of the content and easily performing the refilling operation of the content. <P>SOLUTION: An over-cap 12 includes a main cap portion 31 mounted on a cap body 11 so as to be freely attachable/detachable and a sub-cap portion 32 mounted on the main cap portion 31 so as to be freely attachable/detachable.
