<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate compatibility of OS by means of an additional device and to give an internal structure different from other computer OS to prevent programs, data and the like from being used illegally on an external computer by robbery or leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The internal structure of a usual computer OS is changed by a conversion system to eliminate the compatibility of the internal structure. Hence, data copying and the like from the OS after conversion cannot be available just by an input/output operation through usual equipment. An intermediate conversion circuit is provided so that the conventional OS and the peripheral equipment are utilized by non-compatible input/output, and when necessary, conventional compatible input/output device can be mutually utilized for non-compatible input/output.
