<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive cover container capable of improving heat retaining property. <P>SOLUTION: The cover container 1 includes an upper cover 3, a cap 2, and a lower cover 4. The upper cover 3 includes a first cylindrical portion 31, an inner threaded portion 38 formed on the inner periphery of the first cylindrical portion 31 and capable of engaging with the outer periphery of a mouth 91 of a PET bottle 9, and a cylindrical upper cover 34 provided to cover the exterior of the PET bottle 9 as the inner threaded portion 38 engages with the mouth 91 of the PET bottle 9. The cap 2 is provided to cover the mouth 91 of the PET bottle 9 as the inner threaded portion 38 engages with the mouth 91 of the PET bottle 9.
