<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst sheet capable of preventing deterioration in weather resistance, or cracking whitening, due to expansion and contraction of the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The photocatalyst sheet 1 includes: a primer layer 12; a hardly decomposable layer 13; and a photocatalyst layer 14 in order on a plastic film 11. The photocatalyst sheet 1 is constituted so that the glass transition temperature of the resin constituting the primer layer 12 may be higher than 40°C and equal to or lower than 95°C.
