PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system, a navigation device, a navigation server and a facility search method, by which the working process of data preparation and addition of facilities and parking lots does not becomes complex, the parking lot that can be reached through a walking route from the facility can be appropriately guided, and the processing load in search can be reduced and performed in a short period. SOLUTION: The navigation system, based on facility search conditions, extracts a facility which satisfies the facility search conditions from attribute information; extracts arrival zone region data corresponding to the extracted facility; generates a determination image which depicts the arrival zone region specified by the arrival zone region data; extracts a parking lot in the range of the generated determination image, based on the parking lot position information; and displays via a display part, at least a part of the recommended parking lot list which includes at least the facility data of the facility extracted and the parking lot data of the extracted parking lot.
