PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and firmly mount jewelry on artificial nails, even if the jewelry is large in plan view. SOLUTION: The jewelry (5) whose external diameter is the largest in the lower end or its periphery is fixed to a mounting part (4) out of the surface of an artificial nail (3) via adhesive (6). The mounting method includes; applying solvent (8) to the mounting part (4) to soften or dissolve the surface; applying the adhesive (6) thereto; and mounting the jewelry (5) thereon. The jewelry (5) is thus fixed to the artificial nail (3) via the mounting part (4), which is softened or dissolved by the solvent, and the adhesive (6).
