PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a video image actually flows on an electronic signboard. SOLUTION: A video image displayed on a digital signage is photographed by a photographing device. A feature quantity of image data of the video image displayed on the digital signage (i.e. a feature quantity of a reflection body) is compared with a feature quantity of a predetermined video image as the video image to be displayed on the digital signage (i.e. a creation feature quantity) so that it is determined whether the video image actually displayed on the digital signage matches with the predetermined video image as the video image to be displayed on the digital signage.
