PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly form a light-emitting layer of an organic EL panel entirely by a die coat system having a plurality of nozzles. SOLUTION: In discharging an organic light-emitting material ink continuously from a solution discharge head having the plurality of nozzles, and coating in stripes, a beginning part thicker than other part is coated to coat continuous stable lines without a break.
