PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding method and the like facilitating die internal setting work of an insert component and moreover high in holding stability of terminals set in a die. SOLUTION: The insert component 5 with a bus bar 2 and output terminals 3 integrally formed through joint parts 4 which are pushed, bent and cut off when receiving pressing force from a piece of an upper mold, is set to a lower mold, and the lower mold and the upper mold are clamped. In this mold clamping process, the upper mold cuts the joint parts 4 while pushing and bending them, and molten resin is filled in both clamped upper and lower molds to mold an insert molded article.
