PURPOSE: A solar energy system equipped with an n-doped semiconductor concentration apparatus is provided to project more effectively solar rays, reflected by a reflection face, to a solar cell panel. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell panel(300) has a plate type structure. A solar ray concentration board(100) includes a reflecting side(200) in which solar rays are reflected and projected. One cross section of the reflection side has a parabola shape. The solar cell panel is arranged in parallel with a reference line of the parabola. The reflection side forms a parabolic face. |
