<p>a switching power supply. When a power switch (M1) of the switching power supply is turned on, an inductive current (IL) of the switching power supply flows through an inductive current detection circuit (26), and a detection voltage (Vsense) is supplied by the inductive current detection circuit. a reference voltage (VR) and the detection voltage are inputted into an inductive current peak compensation device (21) and are compared with each other. the inductive current peak compensation device outputs a compensation voltage. the compensation voltage is supplied to a first comparator (22) after superposed to the reference voltage and/or the detection voltage. the input ends of the first comparator are inputted with one of the following conditions respectively: (1) the compensated reference voltage and the compensated detection voltage, (2) the compensated reference voltage and the detection voltage, and (3) the reference voltage and the compensated detection voltage. The comparison result of the first comparator is supplied to a logic control circuit (23). the output of the logic control circuit is connected with the gate (GT) of the power switch after driven by a drive circuit (24).</p> |
