PURPOSE: A decoration buckle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to embody various and precise design patterns through the replacement of a film. CONSTITUTION: A decoration buckle manufacturing method comprises: a coating process(A) of attaching a decoration film to a substrate; a film developing process(B) of developing the pattern of the film on the front of print mesh of the substrate and separating the film from the substrate; a film pattern printing process(C) printing an ornamental pattern on the substrate after removing moisture; and a pattern formation process(D) controlling a print point.
