MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CONDUCTIVE POLYURETHANE NANOCOMPOSITE WITH EXPANDED GRAPHITE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polyurethane conductive nano-composite using expanded graphite is provided to disperse expanded graphite in polymer by exfoliating the plate structure of the expanded graphite in nano-scale. CONSTITUTION: An expanded graphite dispersed solution, polyol, diisocyanate, and diol are reacted to obtain polyurethane pre-polymer. The pre-polymer is chain-expanded. The expanded graphite dispersed solution is obtained by introducing expanded graphite into an organic solvent and implementing an ultrasound processing process and a milling process. The expanded graphite is expanded to a range between 100% and 700%.
