PURPOSE: A transgenic pig and a producing method thereof are provided to produce a pig that immune rejection is controlled. CONSTITUTION: A transgenic pig producing method comprises is constituted as follows. A somatic cell is separated from a pig. The human HO-1 gene and human TNFR1-Fc fusion gene are introduced into the somatic cell. After assorting the somatic cell in which genes are introduced, cultivation is performed. A nucleus-removed fertilized egg fuses with the somatic cell and the somatic nucleus is transplanted into the fertilized egg. The fertilized egg is conceived.
