SPECTRUM CONVERTER AND POLY CRYSTALLINE SILICON SOLAR CELL ELEMENTS HAVING THE SPECTRUM CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A spectrum converter for increasing the parameter efficiency of a solar cell device and a polycrystal silicon solar cell device including the same are provided to improve the efficiency of a polycrystal silicon solar cell device by coating the polycrystal silicon solar cell device with complex material spectrum converter. CONSTITUTION: A spectrum converter is made of inorganic polymer, a resistive carbon nano tube, and inorganic fluorescent substance. The resistive carbon nano tube is uniformly distributed on the organic polymer. The nano sized inorganic fluorescent substance absorbs an infrared radiant ray. The refractive index of the polymer is 1.35 to 1.75.
