PURPOSE: A CMOS image sensor is provided to prevent output difference between columns by sharing one output terminal amplifier at a plurality of columns and directly connecting the output of each column to an output terminal. CONSTITUTION: A column control unit(10-n) includes an input node, a first capacitor(VPIXEL) and a second capacitor(Csig) which respectively store a pixel reset level and a signal level. The pixel reset level and the signal level are inputted to the input node. An output terminal amplifies the pixel reset level and the signal level applied from the first and second capacitors. The first and second capacitors are connected to the output terminal by a column control signal and a read operation signal. A plurality of column control units successively output the pixel reset level and the signal level to the output terminal.
