PURPOSE: An artificial feed composition for breeding acherontia styx and an indoor mass-breeding method of the acherontia styx using thereof are provided to enable a user to effectively breed the acherontia styx. CONSTITUTION: An artificial feed composition for breeding acherontia styx contains 15wt% of sesame leaf powder, 5% of potato powder, 5% of corn powder, 20% of fat removed soybean powder, 10wt% of sucrose, 2% of sesame seed oil, 25% of cellulose powder, 10% of carrageenan, 0.2% of beta-sitosterol, and the balance of choline chloride, tocopherol, mixed vitamins, inorganic material composites, antibiotics, and antiseptics.
