PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to have a second support pattern which connects first support patterns, thereby preventing leaning by each cell area unit. CONSTITUTION: A substrate comprises cell areas and peripheral areas between the cell areas. A plurality of storage nodes(24) is formed in the cell area. First support patterns are formed in the cell area and support a storage node. A second support pattern is formed in the peripheral areas and connects the first support patterns.
