PURPOSE: A thermoelectric module for power generation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve generation efficiency by reducing an internal resistance. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of n type and p type thermoelectric devices(210) are alternatively arranged and form a matrix shape. An electrode(220) is formed on the upper side or lower side of the n type and p type thermoelectric devices and electrically connects the thermoelectric devices in series. A flame resistance insulation film is filled between the thermoelectric devices and is coated on the outer side of the thermoelectric device with the electrode. A stainless package(240) is formed on the coated flame resistance insulation film(230). A pair of lead-out wires are connected to both ends of the electrode and are leaded out from the stainless package.
