HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A high strength concrete composition and a high strength concrete manufacturing method using the same are provided to maintain the workability and the obtain the high strength by including an inorganic binder, aggregate, and admixture with the optimal composition ratio. CONSTITUTION: A high strength concrete composition includes 24-64 weight% of an inorganic binder, 70-30 weight% of aggregate, and 0.1-6 weight% of admixture, based on the total weight of the concrete composition. The admixture is capable of being polycarbonic acid-based admixture. The compressive strength of the concrete composition is between 200 and 300MPa. A method for manufacturing high strength concrete includes the following. The concrete composition is prepared. Internal air-gaps are eliminated from the concrete composition through a compaction operation. The concrete composition is cured by one or the mixture of a low-temperature curing operation, an autoclave curing operation, and a steam curing operation.
