<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection sensor-mounting structure of a game machine which can prevent the fraudulent act of fraudulently exchanging a harness for another one in which parts other than regular parts are connected to a detection sensor capable of detecting passage of game balls. <P>SOLUTION: A game board is provided with a ball receiving body 113 having a ball receiving opening 113b through which game balls can pass, and the ball receiving body 113 is provided with the detection sensor 60 detecting the passage of the game balls. A hollow case member 10 covering a sensor side connector 52 insertionally-attached to the detection sensor 60 and the harness 50 extending therefrom is attached to the ball receiving body 113. A binding band 51 can be attached to the harness 50 extending in the case member 10.
