PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyacetal resin composition having high conductivity and high strength by performing direct melt kneading of a conductive carbon material having an average diameter of 5-500 nm and a ratio of average length/average diameter of 5 or more and a polyacetal resin in a twin-screw extruder without preparing a master batch including the conductive carbon material. SOLUTION: When producing the polyacetal resin composition by performing melt kneading of the conductive carbon material having an average diameter of 5-500 nm and a ratio of average length/average diameter of 5 or more and the polyacetal resin in a twin-screw extruder, such a twin-screw extruder is used that a plasticization part is provided upstream in the twin-screw extruder, a kneading part is provided downstream of the plasticization part, and at least part of the kneading part is composed of screw elements having structure in which a part of a molten resin passes through in the direction (upstream direction) opposite to the extrusion direction.
