<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a level shift circuit reducing the supply current, reducing the power supply voltage necessary for signal transmission and correctly transmitting a signal even when the power supply voltage fluctuates. <P>SOLUTION: The level shift circuit includes: an inverter circuit INV2; a level shift element MOS1; a first resistor R1; and a current mirror circuit CM1. The inverter circuit INV2 inverts an input signal and outputs the inverted signal. The level shift element MOS1 operates using a signal obtained by inverting the input signal as a gate signal. One end of the first resistor R1 is connected to an output of the inverter circuit. The current mirror circuit CM1 allows a current corresponding to a current input from the output of the inverter circuit INV2 via the first resistor R1 to flow from a source of the level shift element MOS1 to a ground point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
