<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reformer with enhanced durability. <P>SOLUTION: The reformer comprises a heat source unit and a reforming unit. A generator generates electricity by an oxidation reaction of a reformate. The heat source unit has a first combustor and a second combustor that receive and oxidize heat source unit fuel and fuel electrode off gas (AOG) at both ends thereof. The reforming unit includes: a first reforming part formed to surround the exterior of the heat source unit; a second reforming part formed to surround the exterior of the first reforming part; and a connecting space part connecting the first reforming part and the second reforming part on the exterior of the second combustor to be in fluid communication. The reforming unit reforms fuel cell fuel by heat transmitted from the heat source unit and supplies resulting reformate to the generator. Here, an upper plate and a lower plate of the connecting space part installed in a direction perpendicular to a central axis of the heat source unit each has at least one bent part formed thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
