PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a heat generation seal (sheet) wherein waste heat in everyday life can be converted into weak electric energy and utilized by solving such a problem that a means for utilizing the waste heat energy from a factory, a power station or an incinerator while converting into electric energy is applied to a limited place and is not applied easily to daily life. SOLUTION: A heat conduction seal (sheet) obtained by covering an integrated circuit 103 including an integrated thermoelectric conversion element device installed on one side of an extremely thin flexible heat conduction plastic substrate 102 with an insulator 101 and heat conduction adhesion (bonding) agent 100 is stuck to a place where a temperature difference occurs in everyday life, or is sandwiched to generate electricity, and the electric power can be stored in a secondary battery or a capacitor.
