PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting training device automatically moving a target to the X direction and Y direction based on the position of a trainee. SOLUTION: This target device includes: a storage part storing an image of the trainee 30 or an identification mark applied to the trainee 30; a camera 27 imaging the trainee 30; an identification part identifying the trainee 30 by comparing the stored image or identification mark of the trainee 30 with the an image taken by the camera 27; a target part 11 enabling operation of at least any of hiding/appearance, movement and counterattack; and a control part 12 controlling the operation of the target part 11 based on the identification result of the trainee 30 by the identification part.
