PURPOSE: Spin finishing oil for spandex including amino-modified silicone, a manufacturing method thereof and spandex using the same are provided to ensure low yarn unwinding tension and excellent solubility to polydimethylsiloxane and good yarn unwinding property and F/M friction. CONSTITUTION: Spin finishing oil for spandex includes polydimethylsiloxane and 0.1 - 10 weight% amino-modified silicone. The amino-modified silicone is represented by chemical formula II, wherein R1 is a C2-20 modified silicone component including an amino group. The spin finishing oil for spandex further includes polyoxyethylene secondary alchol ether or polyether-modified siloxane.
