TUBULAR BRAID AND COMPOSITE HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A tubular knitted fabric and a composite hollow fiber membrane using the same are provided to offer mechanical strength, especially excellent peel strength and low dope penetrability, and to hold a high stiffness feature. CONSTITUTION: The tubular knitted fabric woven with multifilament is composed of plaited threads having twist characteristics. Yarn is composed of 10 - 300 pillars of mono-filament, and a fineness of mono-filament is 0.3 - 50 denier. The tubular knitted fabric(1) is selected from a group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate and nylon.
