PURPOSE: A producing method of bread using novel yeast and conventional yeast is provided to offer users a yeast resource suitable for Korean consumers. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bread using novel yeast and conventional yeast comprises the following steps: preparing saccharomyces cerevisiae originating from kyoho grapes; culturing the saccharomyces cerevisiae on a medium containing 5-90wt% of kyoho grapes; and adding the cultured saccharomyces cerevisiae into bread dough. |
