PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing polyacrylonitrile group precursor fiber for carbon fiber is provided to manufacture stable precursor by managing frequency of a gel polymer existing in a doped solution to a certain level and to have an high-end propety of matter by carrying out anti-flame and carbonation processes of the precursor. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing polyacrylonitrile group precursor fiber for carbon fiber is as follows. A copolymer co-polymerizes acylonitrile monomer and vinyl comonomer including carboxyl group. The polyacrylonitrile group precursor fiber for carbon fiber collects defoamed and non-reactive acylonitrile monomer, and is manufactured by using a doped solution. The doped solution manages and produces the gel polymer frequency less than 20 the / mm^2.
