PURPOSE: A mooring method of a mobile harbor on the sea is provided to stably perform the loading and unloading work of containers by minimizing the shaking of a mobile harbor and a container ship. CONSTITUTION: A mooring method of a mobile harbor on the sea is as follows. Multiple first and second anchors(510,520) are installed in a sea bottom. A container ship(100) is entered into a section in which the first and second anchors are installed. The container ship is moored at the first anchors. One side of a mobile harbor is moored at the container ship. The other side of the mobile harbor is moored at the second anchors.
