PURPOSE: A rotational foothold unit and a step driven type walking machine including the same are provided to make rotation of the rotational foothold unit possible through the power applied to the rotational foothold unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotational foothold unit comprises: a main frame; a plurality of rotation rollers which are rotationally fixed to the main frame and are arranged in parallel with each other; a multiple rotary shaft assembly which is parallelly arranged a rotation rollers; a first belt(120) which is rolled in order to include the multiple rotary shaft assembly and rotation rollers; and a second belt(110) in which protrusions meshed in the gear teeth are formed in the inner surface thereof.
