PURPOSE: A lighting reverse dome sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to integrate a light guide plate on which a diffusion ink layer is printed with a forming film on which a reverse protrusion is formed, thereby simultaneously realizing a lighting function and an actuator function. CONSTITUTION: A metal dome(100) is arranged on a contact point of each switch of a circuit board. An adhesive layer(200) fixes the location of each metal dome. A light guide plate(300) uniformly transfers light on the entire surface wherein the light is irradiated from a side. A diffusion ink layer(400) diffuses light transferred to the light guide plate. A reverse protrusion(510) of a forming film(500) is protruded toward a key pad(10).
