PURPOSE: A handle structure of a cooking vessel is provided to prevent a cooking vessel from turning over and to stably and simply transfer a vessel body. CONSTITUTION: A handle structure of a cooking vessel comprises a vessel body(10), a pair of body coupling pieces, a vessel lid(30), a lid coupling piece(40), a handle(50), and an attaching/detaching unit(60). The body coupling pieces are formed in both sides of the vessel body and can be used as a handle. The vessel lid is coupled to the top of the vessel body. The lid coupling piece is coupled to the top end of the vessel lid and is used as a socket. The handle is selectively coupled to the body coupling piece or the lid coupling piece. The attaching/detaching unit is installed in the handle and allows the handle to be attached or detached on/from the body coupling piece or the lid coupling piece.
