PURPOSE: An internal voltage generating circuit is provided to save power by variably controlling the internal voltage according as an internal operation speed increases or decrease at a package step. CONSTITUTION: A first reference voltage generating unit generates a first reference voltage(VREF) of a preset level. A second reference voltage generating unit generates a second reference voltage of various potentials by using the first reference voltage and changes the second reference voltage by using speed information. The internal voltage generating unit generates an internal voltage by using the second reference voltage. A differential amplifier circuit differently amplifies the first reference voltage with a feedback voltage(VREFP). A selection switch unit is connected to a resistance divider and selects the resistance applied to the output voltage of the driving unit based on speed information.
