HIGH-STRENGTH & HIGH INTERMINGLE POLYESTER FOR INDUSTRIAL WEBBING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high intensity high bridging polyester fiber for industrial use and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use two bridge grant equipments and to obtain more than 10ea/m of bridge numbers through an air pressure gradient of the two bridge grant equipments. CONSTITUTION: A polyester filament yarn production uses two bridge grant equipments and gives an air pressure gradient to a first bridge grant equipment and a second bridge grant equipment. The air pressure of the first bridge grant equipment and the second bridge grant equipment is higher than the one of the first bridge grant equipment. The first bridge grant equipment and the second bridge grant equipment are installed with an interval of 100~150mm. The polyester filament yarn has more than 10ea/m of bridge numbers.
