PURPOSE: A multilayer light diffusion plate for liquid crystal display back light unit and a back light unit including the same are provided to offer back light of uniform screen, in which concealment is improved, by scattering the image of light source enough. CONSTITUTION: The multilayer light diffusion plate is structure of over three layer having different refractive index be laminated, and includes light-diffusing agent in at least one layer. In the multilayer light diffusion plate, layers(31,32) having different refractive index are laminated. All lights generate reflection(33) in the boundary surface when the interfaces having different refractive index meet each other.
