SOIL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES IMPROVING AGENT COMPRISING COCOPEAT

PURPOSE: A soil improvement agent is provided to improve soil physical properties such as bulk density, permeability and moisture holding ability, and to enhance the productivity of crops produced in the field. CONSTITUTION: A soil improvement agent includes cocopeat as a main material. 5-50 parts by weight of coral reef powder and 1-30 parts by weight of clay are included based on 100 parts by weight of cocopeat. The cocopeat is obtained through: the treatment in an electric field of 5-10 kv for 1-3 hours and the fermentation at 40-50 °C for 1-7 days; and the treatment at low frequency of 1-10 kHz for 1-3 hours and the fermentation at 40-50 °C for 1-7 days.
