<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information processor capable of reducing a load of operation for displaying a window on an arbitrary screen of a plurality of screens. <P>SOLUTION: A window generation operation detecting unit 302 detects an operation for generating a window. A screen candidate display unit 303A displays a plurality of objects representing respective screens capable of displaying the window based on screen arrangement information 306. A selection operation detecting unit 303B detects an operation for selecting, from among the plurality of objects, an object corresponding to the screen preferred for the display of the window. A selection screen determination unit 303C determines a screen to display the window based on a screen selection operation. A window generation unit 304 generates a window corresponding to a window generation operation.
