<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a paper tube capable of manufacturing the paper tube wherein a printing ink hardly leach outs to a sanitary paper with simple equipment without using a strip of paper other than the strip of paper used as a core material of the paper tube. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the paper tube, printing 6 is performed on the surface for the strip of paper 2 which is disposed directly under the strip of paper 2 disposed on the outermost layer of the paper tube 1 among the strip of paper 2 to be the core material of the paper tube 1 and is made to be a printed strip of paper 8. The printed strip of paper 8 is fed in an oblique direction d with respect to the axis line L of a mandrel shaft 4 and spirally wound with respect to the mandrel shaft 4. The strip of paper 2 disposed on the outermost layer of the paper tube 1 is made to be non-printed strip of paper 10, an adhesive agent 12 is coated on the back surface, and the non-printed strip of paper 10 is fed in the oblique direction d with respect to the direction of the axis line L of the mandrel shaft 4. The paper tube 1 is obtained by spirally winding the non-printed strip of paper 10 on the surface of the printed strip of paper 8 and mutually superimposing both strips of paper, and mutually bonding both the strips of paper while mutually shifting the position from the printed strip of paper 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
