PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hallux valgus preventive implement to be hardly loosened from toes when the implement is attached to the toes of a user, allowing the user to wear the implement for a long period of time without feeling pain in a foot. SOLUTION: The hallux valgus preventive implement 1 includes: an inter-toe spacer 2 whose horizontal section at the center is approximately flat oblong-shaped to be inserted between the hallux and the second toe; a hallux insertion part 3, a band-shaped loop whose width is wider than 12 mm, continued from the inter-toe spacer 2 and horizontally disposed on one side of the inter-toe spacer 2; and a second toe insertion part 4, a band-shaped loop whose width is wider than 10 mm, continued to the inter-toe spacer 2 and horizontally disposed on the other side opposite from one side of the inter-toe spacer part 2. One continuous surface is formed by the upper and lower surfaces 2A and 2B of the inter-toe spacer 2, the outer surface 4A of the second toe insertion part 4 and the outer surface 3A of the hallux insertion part 3.
